Returned Merchandise Authorization

A customer has up to 30 days to contact our Customer Service Department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any errors on the purchase. Product must be returned within 10 days after receipt of the RMA number.

Returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect or Jeske Hardware Distributors error are subject to a 15% restock fee. Items subject to Jeske Hardware Distributors’ higher free shipping level (bulk hinges or items 48” or longer) can be returned at the customers’ own expense.

Special order items (including XX items) and Zip Ship items are not returnable. Once the order has been placed with the vendor, the items may not be changed or cancelled. Other non-returnable items include locks that have been rekeyed; hinges that have been converted to NRP; and closeout / discontinued items.

In all instances, the product must be returned in saleable condition, in the original packaging and inside an outer carton.

Claims

All claims for shortage and/or damaged goods must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise.
