Director of Business Intelligence and AI

Shawn is the company’s Director of Business Intelligence and AI, leading the company’s data strategy, analytics capabilities, and adoption of artificial intelligence across the organization.

Shawn oversees the development of Jeske’s enterprise data infrastructure, standardized metrics, and decision-support tools that help teams make faster, clearer, and more informed business decisions. His work spans data engineering, analytics, automation, and the design of scalable systems that improve operational efficiency, customer insight, and long-term business performance.

Shawn’s career at Jeske began in 2015. Before moving into his current role, Shawn led Jeske’s digital business initiatives, including e-commerce strategy, marketplace optimization, and product data management. His combined experience in digital operations and analytics allows him to bridge business needs with modern data capabilities in a practical, results-oriented way.

When he’s not at work, Shawn takes advantage of living in the shadow of the Sierra Nevada mountains, hiking and snowboarding with his wife and kids.
