Katie Ellis is the Customer Service Manager for Jeske Hardware Distributors. She oversees, coaches, and assists the customer service team with its daily tasks. She also works to provide solutions and resolve concerns for both the company’s customers and account managers.
Prior to her current role, Katie worked as a customer service representative for the company. She loves helping people, especially when she can solve a problem and make the customer happy.
When she’s not at work, Katie and her husband spend a lot of time doing fun activities with their five kids and two dogs. She’s also very active in her local church.
