E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

SHIFT: M-F 8am-4:30pm STATUS: Full-time
DEPT: E-Commerce PAY TYPE: Hourly
LOCATION: Appleton, WI

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for maintaining service levels as required and providing customer
service by following the essential duties listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Applies knowledge of company products and services to efficiently process customers' information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner
• Builds and maintains quality relations with customers
• Contacts customers via telephone or email correspondence
• Calculates quotes to meet specific customer requirements in an efficient manner
• Remains current on product updates
• Maintains updated, organized files on all assigned customers
• Traces and expedites late orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Inputs and processes customer returns and refund requests
• Meets E-Comm customer service requirements for all platforms
• All other duties as required

Qualifications:
• High School diploma
• 1+ year of E-commerce experience preferred
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication via phone, email and in-person
• Able to multi-task and remain organized while adapting to the needs of the organization
• Ability to be flexible and manage several tasks at the same time to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
